Still on the smoothies

We are all still drinking the smoothies every morning.  This is normally what we put in.  Sometimes we will add a pear or something. We have ordered rice protein and will be adding that whenever it arrives.

Tuesday, 3/3

Sunbutter and jelly.  Strawberries.  chex and mixed nuts.  Cucumber and tomato

Monday, 3/2


Tuna.  Sliced pears.  Veggie straws.  Bell peppers and carrots.

Thursday, 2/26


Half of a sunbutter and jelly on GF bread.  Apple sauce pouch.  Chex with mixed nuts and dried chick peas.  Carrots and tomatoes.

Wednesday 2/25

Salami, guacamole.  Apples and pears.  Veggie straws.  Black olives and tomatoes.
