Tuesday's lunch
Doesn't look very appetizing, lol. The kids begged for dinner leftovers in their "hot thermoses". GF Tinkyada noodles, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, daiya cheese- all baked in the oven kind of like lasagna.
You can't tell here, but these thermoses hold a ton of food. Neither kid was able to finish their lunch!

What we eat for breakfast when mom's sick
This is pretty representative of what my kids eat for breakfast when I'm sick, or exhausted, etc. Applesauce pouch, hard boiled egg, peanut butter on gluten free bread, glass of almond milk.

Back to school lunch
And today's lunch-
Tuna fished mixed with safflower mayo and mustard. Apple slices. Bbq GF crackers. Carrots, pickles.
Back to school breakfast!
Kids are back to school after a long winter break!
Breakfast this morning is cut up kiwi, 2 sausage links, a pancake with maple syrup, and almond milk. The pancake is just eggs, GF oats, flax seed, cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla.
