New breakfast addition
We just started adding smoothies to our breakfasts this week. We use almond milk as the base, and add frozen berries, spinach, bananas or pears or apples, honey, and flax seed. We tried adding peanut butter yesterday to add protein, but nobody liked it. I ordered some protein powder that is rice based, so we can use that when we want to add in additional protein.

Way behind on posting because we've been sick, my mom was in the hospital, and just general busy-ness.
Anyway, here's today's lunch

A little delay in posting these. I normally take the pictures with my iphone and then post directly from my phone, but I transferred all pics from my phone to my laptop in anticipation of MAJOR picture taking at my kids taekwondo belt test.
Anyway, sunbutter and jelly on GF bread. Hummus. Pears. Pickles. Mixed nuts, GF rice crackers
