I figured my facebook friends are tired of me posting pictures of my kids' lunches every day, and I'm transferring over to this blog.
I post the pictures with descriptions mainly for me, as I am positive that I will hit a "lunch slump" in the middle of the school year and not know what to make. But also, since everything is now in a blog, I can post about dinners and breakfasts and snacks, too, without feeling like I am clogging up everyone's newsfeed with my food posts, lol. I definitely grow weary of cooking gluten, soy, and dairy free dinners, so this blog hopefully will help with that, as well.
And, I have definitely had plenty of people ask me what in the world we feed our kids, especially our son, if he can't have gluten, soy, or dairy. It's funny to me, because I know people with way more food allergies than just those 3, but to parents who have kids with no allergies, it can seem like an insurmountable task to cut those 3 things out of their child's diet.
